Spencer Clarke Group is working closely with a number of supportive secondary schools in Merseyside who are seeking Exam Invigilators to support during exam seasons and mock examination periods. This role is ideal for individuals with experience working in schools, education settings, or supervisory roles, as well as those looking for flexible work within education. Full training and guidance will be provided. Key Responsibilities Supervise examinations in accordance with school and exam board regulations. Ensure a calm, orderly, and secure exam environment at all times. Distribute and collect examination papers and materials. Clearly communicate exam instructions to students. Monitor students throughout the exam to ensure rules are followed. Report any irregularities or incidents to the examinations officer. What We're Looking For A responsible and professional approach to work. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and vigilant in a quiet environment. Experience working with young people or in a school setting (desirable but not essential).
