As we continue expanding nationally, we are looking for a talented Creative Content Producer to join us and help shape the visual story of our brand.
The Role
This is a hands-on creative role combining both videography and photography. You will be responsible for capturing high-energy martial arts training, powerful transformation journeys, live events, and brand campaigns.
This is more than filming sessions — you will play a key role in developing engaging social-first content that reflects our culture and momentum.
Key Responsibilities
At our Rugby HQ:
* Capture high-energy evening martial arts classes
* Film training sessions and performance-focused content
* Document transformation journeys and milestone moments
* Cover live events and in-house productions
Across the brand:
* Produce professional photography for marketing and promotion
* Create promotional video campaigns
* Capture behind-the-scenes storytelling
* Develop social media content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube)
* Edit video and photo content to a high professional standard
About You
We are looking for someone who:
* Is confident in both videography and photography
* Has strong editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Lightroom, etc.)
* Understands social media trends and content strategy
* Has a natural creative eye and captures emotion and energy
* Brings ideas, initiative, and creativity
* Is organised and able to manage multiple projects
* Is open to feedback and personal development
