Description Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, ensuring a professional and helpful approach. Provide accurate information about services and resolve customer issues promptly. Maintain detailed and organised records of customer interactions. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience. Identify and report recurring issues to improve service delivery. Assist customers in navigating available resources and services.Profile A successful Customer Service Advisor should have: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in a customer-focused role, preferably within a call centre environment. Excellent organisational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in using computer systems and databases. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer care. An understanding of the importance of confidentiality and professionalism. Can commit to a 4 month temporary role.
