What You Can Expect from the Role
At Arrow, we believe in learning through integration and accountability. As a Graduate Vendor Specialist, you will:
* Coordinate and manage inbound queries for our vendor team, handling both internal and external communications.
* Liaise with and support our overseas EMEA teams.
* Manage small bespoke projects, including notifying customers about changes to the vendor portfolio.
* Interact with and develop our channel partners, initially shadowing experienced employees before taking on your own partner management responsibilities.
* Create and manage deal opportunities, forecasting weekly to assist the team in driving new business prospects.
* Support the vendor team with organizing and delivering marketing campaigns, webinars, and events.
* Communicate effectively with team members, partners, and stakeholders.
Requirements and Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
* Legal right to work in the UK.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Admin/Management, Technical/IT, or a related field, obtained within the last 2 years or expected in 2025.
* Up to 2 years of total work experience.
* Strong Business English skills (if not a native speaker).
* A creative, outside-the-box thinker who is eager to share innovative ideas.
* A strong interest in technology and/or cybersecurity.
* Excellent communication, organization, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
