Role: Our client is looking to recruit an interim Recruiter for a 3 month temporary role. In this role you will be responsible for the following duties: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple functions and business areas. Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, draft job descriptions, and define requirements. Source candidates using a variety of channels including LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and networking. Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews/assessments, and present shortlists to hiring managers. Coordinate and manage the interview process, ensuring a smooth candidate and stakeholder experience. Handle offer management, negotiations, and on boarding support for successful hires. Provide market insights and recruitment metrics to stakeholders, ensuring timely updates and reporting. Profile: The successful temporary recruiter will have at least 3 years experience working within Talent. Editorial or media experience is desireable. You must be either immediate or on a 1 week notice to be considered for this role. Client: Our client is a global media organisation based in the City of London. You will work 3 days per week from their office and 2 days from home. Salary & Benefits: This immediate, temporary talent role will be paying circa £17- 25 per hour. This is dependant on experience.
