This role is something different and offers a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate. The role will be working on a £1m ledger and with support will have lots of autonomy. The business conducts its credit control through relationships. The main duties include: Debt collection across all company departments New customer account processing Responding to incoming requests Logging and updating all client records Sending letters and documents to customers Raising credit notes and miscellaneous invoices On-line invoice submission Cash posting and daily banking The successful candidate will have experience of: Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook proficient. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to manage workload effectively, prioritising and organisational skills Pleasant and confident telephone manner.
