Facilities Co-ordinator - Glasgow based We’re on the lookout for an organised, hands-on Facilities Co-ordinator to help keep our workplaces safe, professional, and running smoothly. You’ll be the go-to person for making sure our buildings feel great to work in — from managing suppliers and keeping on top of maintenance, to ensuring health & safety standards are spot on. What you’ll be doing: Keeping an eye on building standards with regular site checks. Managing the estates budget and finding cost-effective solutions. Overseeing suppliers and contractors to make sure we get great service. Staying on top of Fix-it requests and planned maintenance. Making sure health & safety is covered, including first aid and fire marshals. Optimising space and ensuring everything is ready for audits when needed. Keeping communal areas stocked, tidy, and welcoming. Providing reports and updates on how things are running.What we’re looking for: Experience in facilities or building services management. Health & Safety qualification (NEBOSH or equivalent). A facilities/building services qualification would be a bonus. Great communication and organisational skills. Someone confident managing suppliers and contractors.
