Anderson Knight is delighted to be partnering with a leading infrastructure organisation to recruit an experienced HSQE Advisor. This is a hybrid role, supporting projects across the Central Belt, covering the area from Falkirk through to Perth. As a Regional HSQE Advisor, you will play a vital role in promoting and maintaining the highest standards of Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental compliance across a range of projects. You will provide hands-on support to site teams, ensuring safe working practices and adherence to regulatory requirements. In this key position, your responsibilities will include: Supporting the HSQE Lead in driving a positive and proactive HSQE culture across all sites. Monitoring, assessing, and reporting on HSQE performance and compliance. Conducting thorough accident and incident investigations and ensuring corrective actions are implemented effectively. Providing clear guidance to project teams to enhance safety awareness and operational best practice. Identifying risks and recommending improvements to continuously strengthen HSQE standards. We are seeking a motivated professional who can confidently influence, advise, and support site teams. The ideal candidate will bring: NEBOSH Construction Certificate or NEBOSH Diploma (essential). Proven experience in a similar HSQE role, ideally within construction or infrastructure environments. Strong background in accident investigation and root cause analysis. Ability to build rapport with Site Managers and team members, promoting a positive safety culture. Excellent IT abilities and strong reporting skills. Clear and confident communication skills at all levels. Ability to work independently with sound judgement and initiative. A proactive mindset, capable of anticipating future risk based on work pipelines. High levels of accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail. Experience delivering training, toolbox talks, or educational HSQE initiatives.
