What you'll be doing Across our diverse project management team, our projects include highways, rail, power and landmark buildings that shape skylines. As a Project Manager, you will: Possess a proven track record in delivering complex civil engineering projects Lead and inspire a multi-skilled team and set the tone for large infrastructure projects Take charge of all aspects of project delivery from initiation, planning and design, to delivery, monitoring, commissioning and handover Be part of something big by helping us to connect communities and build sustainably Benefit from a project management development pathway towards chartership with the Association for Project Management Prove yourself and lead bigger and bigger projects in a rapidly growing industry Build relationships with clients and other stakeholders Be a critical part of a business thats embedding innovation into all we do Who we're looking for To make a real impact as a Project Manager with us, you'll need: Experience in construction Project delivery experience to make sure we meet high quality and safety standards Strong communication skills to manage, mentor and empower your team The confidence and credibility to liaise with business leaders Commercial acumen to control costs and keep projects in budget To understand standard forms of contracts and performance evaluation techniques. Additionally you will be based in Scotland and will need to travel to various sites across Scotland such as Argyll, Dumbarton, Fife, Edinburgh, East Lothian, Arbroath as well as Perth. Other locations will include however not limited to Stranraer, Dumfries, Newton Stewart.
