About The Role:
We are looking for a professional Floor Supervisor to play a key role in ensuring that, on a day-to-day basis, the front-of-house team consistently delivers this experience across the entire venue.

Lead service on the floor, ensuring standards are consistently met across all areas

Deliver a relaxed but professional guest experience that feels welcoming and natural

Support, motivate, and guide the team throughout service

Ensure food and drink service is delivered accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard

Communicate effectively with the kitchen and management to ensure smooth service

Take pride in developing hospitality skills in a high-quality, high-volume environment

Actively contribute to a service culture that balances high standards with approachability
