The role of the Internal Sales Executive
Plumbing & Heating Products will involve: Internal Sales Executive position selling a range of plumbing and heating products Selling into main contractors, sub-contractors, plumbing contractors, and mechanical contractors Reactively dealing with inbound sales enquiries via telephone and email Possessing a good technical understanding of the product range to advise clients and deal with any queries Making outbound calls to clients, upselling and cross selling where possible Processing orders for customers then liaising internally to ensure their delivery Liaising and working with the external sales team Keeping internal system up to date Order values range from £50 up to £200k call off orders. Targeted with circa £500k annual turnover once up and running The ideal applicant will be an Internal Sales Executive
