Role
As the Operations Manager you will be responsible for the efficient and safe day‑to‑day running of the branch. You will ensure operational KPIs are met while striving to achieve branch and company financial targets and driving our SLAs.
You will work closely with the Regional Manager and Shift Managers to develop and deliver operational plans, ensuring continued high‑level customer service to the local area.
Our employees’ safety is paramount, so you will collaborate with Risk, Health & Safety and Compliance teams while supporting you shift managers through coaching and mentoring.

Specific Security Criteria
* You must be able to pass criminal record, personal credit and ID checks.
