The Role:
* Supporting students across a range of abilities, including those with additional needs
* Assisting in the delivery of engaging lessons and helping students achieve their potential
* Working 1:1 and with small groups to provide academic and pastoral support
* Encouraging students to participate fully in school life and promoting a positive learning environment
Ideal Candidate:
* A graduate or individual with previous experience working with young people
* Passionate about education and supporting student progress
* A positive, proactive approach to working with secondary-aged students
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
