At Complete Vehicle Support, we help people keep moving. When vehicles are off the road, we provide replacements so our customers can maintain their independence and mobility.
We’re looking for a Claims Advisor to join us during an exciting time of growth. In this role, you’ll be a key contact for our customers, working with motor manufacturers and third‑party claims administrators to make sure repairs are handled efficiently and to a high standard.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll work across the repair management lifecycle, keeping customers updated, coordinating with insurers and engineers, and ensuring vehicles are repaired promptly. It’s a fast‑paced role, perfect for someone who thrives on variety and problem‑solving.
Key responsibilities include:
* Working closely with fleet providers, clients, and repairers to ensure timely and efficient repairs.
* Researching and selecting suitable repairers from our network to meet customer needs.
* Updating our bespoke case management system with detailed progress reports.
* Liaising with insurers and engineers to resolve liability queries and recover costs.
* Providing excellent customer service through clear communication and problem‑solving.
* Meeting service level agreements and deadlines.
We’re looking for someone with experience handling a high volume of calls, ideally within the motor industry, who wants to broaden their expertise by dealing with a wider range of enquiries. Ambition, curiosity, and new ideas are always welcome.
