They are looking to appoint an experienced MEP Design Manager to join their team and help deliver some of the city’s most prestigious developments. The Role: The successful candidate will take ownership of MEP design coordination across high-end projects, ensuring seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, and public health systems. Key responsibilities include: * Coordinating and managing 3D services models across disciplines. * Overseeing subcontractor design information, ensuring accuracy and compliance. * Reviewing drawings, submittals, and schedules to identify and resolve clashes. * Managing design programmes and ensuring deliverables meet deadlines. * Collaborating with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors to maintain exceptional standards.
