At Dogwood Referrals, we are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic (ECVS/ACVS/RCVS) board-certified or board-eligible veterinary surgeon to join our growing specialist surgical team. As part of the Medivet network, this role offers access to a future Branch Partnership, with the potential for equity in the practice. This is a unique opportunity for long-term career progression and leadership involvement.
While we are currently focused on orthopaedics and neurosurgery, we are also open to candidates with a combined interest in orthopaedics and soft tissue surgery and would fully support your growth and the development of this caseload. A part-time role would also be considered for the right candidate.

* 16-slice CT
* Digital radiography (DR X-ray)
* Comprehensive in-house laboratory
* 24/7 inpatient care with dedicated overnight staff
We are also equipped with advanced orthopaedic surgical tools, including:
* BioMedtrix Total Hip Replacement (THR) system
* PGR instrumentation
* Synthes fracture kits
* Fusion LEAP kit
* Arthroscopy unit
Additionally, we have purpose-built facilities for service expansion and a full rehabilitation suite, featuring physiotherapy and hydrotherapy services, led by ACPAT-qualified physiotherapists, to support a holistic recovery process.
