Youll help shape a positive safety culture, support teams on the shop floor, and ensure our sites remain compliant, audit‑ready, and continuously improving.</p><h3>What youll be doing</h3><ul><li>Driving a proactive HSE culture across all levels of the business</li><li>Managing and improving ISO‑accredited HSE and Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001)</li><li>Leading risk assessments, COSHH, incident investigations, and contractor safety</li><li>Delivering inductions, training, and occupational health programmes</li><li>Supporting audits, tracking KPIs, and ensuring continuous improvement</li><li>Deputising for the Group HSE Director when required</li></ul><h3>What were looking for</h3><ul><li>Level 6 Health & Safety qualification (or working towards)</li><li>Experience managing ISO‑accredited HSE systems</li><li>A confident communicator who can influence at all levels</li><li>Proactive, practical, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment</li><li>FMCG experience and Environmental qualifications are desirable</li><li>Experience of working in a manufacturing environment</li><li>Full UK driving licence required</li></ul><h3>Additional information</h3><ul><li>DBS check, drug & alcohol testing, and medical questionnaire required</li></ul></div>
