We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to elevate our brand, build meaningful engagement with HR and L&D audiences, and accelerate our commercial growth.
You’ll lead the charge on our marketing strategy - blending creativity with commercial thinking to help DoThinkDo grow, inspire, and stand out.

The Role
As our Marketing Manager, you’ll be both strategic thinker and hands-on doer - working closely with our founder, CEO, and sales team to shape the future of our brand.
Your Focus Areas
1. Marketing Strategy & Brand Building
* Lead our end-to-end marketing strategy.
* Drive a brand refresh for consistency, clarity, and emotional resonance.
* Own positioning and storytelling across channels - from sales decks to digital.
* Collaborate with sales and leadership on go-to-market plans.
2. Content & Communications
* Create engaging content for LinkedIn (founder + company), email, and thought leadership.
* Build email campaigns that support lead nurturing and growth.
* Craft sales collateral, case studies, videos, decks, and campaign assets.
* Own awards and events calendar - write award entries, secure speaking slots, and make sure we’re at key events throughout the year.
3. Community & Engagement
* Launch and run digital and in-person events that bring our mission to life.
* Secure speaking opportunities for our founder and elevate his profile.
* Build and nurture a vibrant network of L&D and People professionals.
4. Digital Marketing & Web
* Day-to-day management of our WordPress site.
* Improve user experience and manage digital campaigns.
* Lead webinars and online events to grow visibility and engagement.
5. Customer Advocacy
* Design campaigns and communications that turn clients into advocates.
* Spark referrals and word-of-mouth through standout experiences and community.
Who you are
* A strategic marketer with [5+] years’ experience in B2B, L&D, or mission-led companies.
* Proven brand builder - you’ve led rebrands, sharpened positioning, and launched memorable campaigns.
* Hands-on and proactive - you can write the post, shape the deck, and drive the strategy.
* A storyteller and communicator - you make complex ideas clear, human, and impactful.
Bonus points for
* Experience in the learning or leadership development space.
* Background in early-stage or scale-up businesses (£1–10M revenue).
* Confidence turning a founder’s vision into clear, actionable marketing.
* Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, WordPress, Canva, Figma, or similar.
