Looking for a new challenge? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Relief Community Support Worker to join our Get Out There (GOT) Service, which supports children and young people with their social programme of activities. This is a relief role with various hours, offering flexible hours across the week and an hourly rate of £12.50.
As a Relief Community Support Worker, you will provide 1-1 support to a young person who has autism to access the community, including supporting with sensory activities both at home and in the community.
Responsibilities
* Provide 1-1 support to a young person with autism to access the community.
* Support with sensory activities at home and in the community.
* Work in a relief capacity with flexible hours across the week.
Requirements
* Full UK driving license and business insurance; willingness to drive your own vehicle (mileage paid 0.45 pence per mile).
* Experience in care and/or confidence working in a lone-working setting.
