About the Role: The school is seeking a SEN Teacher to take responsibility for a Key Stage 4 class, focused on personal development and preparation for adulthood. You will plan and deliver a tailored educational package that promotes functional skills, independence, and social confidencesupporting pupils to transition into further education, employment, or apprenticeships. You will work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, families, and external agencies to create a nurturing and goal-oriented classroom environment.
