Due to continued growth within their national frameworks, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a portfolio of M&E projects across the South West and South Wales region.This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven Project Manager with strong substation or transmission experience to take ownership of complex works, lead multidisciplinary teams, and deliver projects that genuinely make an impact.What You'll Be Doing Leading the successful end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of M&E construction projectsDriving exceptional health, safety and environmental performance across all phasesManaging time, cost and quality outcomes while ensuring contractual complianceWorking closely with planning teams to develop and monitor programme performanceBringing together Construction, Commercial, Engineering and Design teams under a cohesive project ethos.Leading risk management strategies and ensuring timely resolution of technical and contractual mattersContributing to new tender bids and supporting commercial reporting (including monthly CVRs)Ensuring all project targets and scorecard measures are met or exceeded What We're Looking For Experience delivering National Grid substation or electrical transmission projectsProven leadership on design & build projects within the utilities or infrastructure sector.Strong stakeholder engagement skills with clients and suppliersConstruction/engineering qualification or equivalent experienceProject Management accreditation (APM, PMP or similar) desirableExcellent understanding of NEC contractsStrong knowledge of HSWA, CDM, EAWR and other key regulationsCommercially astute with solid risk and opportunity managementProven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget What you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion about your career.
