Salary: £83.33 to £90 per day

Are you passionate about supporting children in their learning journey? GSL Education are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant school in Hedge End.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in helping students achieve their full potential and create a positive learning environment.
Responsibilities as a Teaching Assistant:
* Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
* Provide one-on-one support to students who need extra help.
* Help manage classroom behaviour and ensure a safe learning space.
* Prepare learning materials and resources.
* Support students with special educational needs.
* Participate in school activities and events.
To be a successful Teaching Assistant, you should:
* Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is desirable but not essential.
* A patient, caring, and supportive approach.
* Good communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to work well as part of a team.
* A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
* Have an updated CV (covering last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
