Focus Staff is seeking a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a travel job in Craig, Colorado.

We currently have a client in Craig, CO looking for a traveling Respiratory Therapist to help us to provide quality patient care during this COVID‑19 Crisis. As a member of the Respiratory Team, you will develop and ensure the patient plan of care in collaboration with physicians, registered nurses and other therapists.
Contract Assignment
13 weeks (temporary) nights shift.

Requirements
* Proven experience as Respiratory Therapist.
* Maintain current CPR or BCLS certification.
* BCLS, ACLS, PALS, NALS, or NRP preferred.
* Excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, patients and families.
* At least 2 years of experience.
Responsibilities
* Evaluate patient and recommend a treatment plan.
* Provide respiratory care to patients with critical and complex medical and surgical conditions.
* Perform insertion and removal of endotracheal tubes.
* Perform timely and accurate documentation.
* Promote continuous quality improvement.
* Teach and counsel patients/families.
