 
        
        Overview
Working within a multi professional team, you will gain specialist experience from a range of rotations offered on a 9 monthly basis.
Option rotations include neurology and neurosurgery inpatients; critical care and respiratory; complex rehabilitation and trauma.
Responsibilities
 * Assess and treat patients within designated specialist clinical area.
 * Work flexibly according to service needs.
 * Assist Senior Therapy staff in service development and the provision of a quality service.
 * Take responsibility for junior therapy staff and students where appropriate, delegating duties and providing appropriate support.
 * Under the direction of the supervisor and other team members, assist with specified areas of service provision as appropriate.
Training and Development
 * Provide training and supervision to junior staff, undergraduate students and other relevant health professionals.
 * Participate in audit and research activities and demonstrate a commitment to continuing professional development (CPD).
Working Pattern
You will be expected to participate in evening and weekend working, including 7-day rotas, according to the requirements of the service.
