Newstaff Employment is recruiting experienced Car Sales Executives in Hemel Hempstead to join a long-established and successful dealership. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a respected automotive group with a newly refurbished showroom and excellent earning potential.

đź’· Salary: Basic + OTE up to ÂŁ65, per annum
⏰ Working Hours: Monday to Saturday with a day off during the week and every other Sunday
đź“Ś Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

1. Welcome and engage potential customers in the showroom
2. Advise customers on vehicle options, features, and benefits
3. Provide detailed information on finance and payment options
4. Deliver a high standard of customer service from initial enquiry to sale
5. Close sales effectively and professionally
6. Report to the Sales Manager and contribute to hitting the team KPIs
Essential Skills & Experience:
7. Minimum 1 year of sales experience within the automotive industry
8. Proven background in high-value or consultative sales
9. Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
10. Results-driven with strong negotiation and closing abilities
11. Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience
12. Full UK driving licence
