Job Summary and Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of Property Management, LRG is seeking a new Regional Manager within Property Management to join our East Anglia Region. The ideal candidate will be a current Head of Property Management, preferably with experience managing multi-branch locations and extensive portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve budgeted and improved profitability by collaborating with the Regional Lettings Director to meet business objectives.
* Empower teams to exceed targets, increase income, and reduce landlord churn through regular communication with Heads of Centres and Managers via 1-on-1s and meetings.
* Work collaboratively with Regional Lettings Directors and branch divisions to ensure customer retention and promote customer advocacy.
* Establish and implement measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Develop the business by maximizing opportunities with private, investor, and corporate landlords, and encourage local networking and community engagement.
* Facilitate the successful integration of new products and services in partnership with the Regional Lettings Director.
* Lead and motivate staff to embody our core values, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to our Non-Negotiables. Foster a culture that keeps core values alive.
* Ensure teams deliver excellent customer experiences by implementing quality control strategies, monitoring reviews, recognizing achievements, and encouraging improvements.
* Identify and nurture talent, creating succession plans and providing coaching and training to promote staff retention and development.
* Create operational efficiencies and monitor costs while maintaining high service standards.
* Manage schedules and deadlines effectively.
* Conduct and document monthly Managers Meetings and 1-on-1s, cascade company directives, and ensure smooth information flow for business operations.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
* Empower staff to resolve complaints, escalate when necessary, and handle compensation discussions with approval from the Regional Lettings Director.
What we are looking for:
* Professional telephone manner
* Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills
* Experience leading a team
* Proven experience in the Property Industry
* Up-to-date knowledge of legislation
* Minimum 5 years of Property Management experience
* At least 2 years as Head of Property Management
* Full UK Driving License
