Perfection Gymnastics is looking for experienced team gymnastics coaches to work with the USAG Pre-Team through Level 10 gymnastics program.

Details:
* Employment type: Part-Time or Full-time
* Salary range: $17-$25 Per Hour $40,000-$52,000 per year, depending on experience
* Hour/availability needs: Must be available evenings, weekends and some day times.
* Benefits eligibility: Full-time employees are eligible for benefits: Medical, Dental, 401k.
Requirements
Our Ideal Candidate:
* Has 3+ years of competitive gymnastics coaching experience.
* Great relationship builder.
* Great teacher and learner.
* Is highly organized and a proficient multi-tasker.
* Communicates in a friendly, courteous, and effective manner with all customers and coworkers in person, on the phone, via email, and in all other forms of communications.
* Is proficient or above average in technology and computer skills.
* Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and manages difficult situations in a calm, effective manner.
Additional Qualifications:
* Must pass a criminal background check.
* Must complete all required USAG Safe Sport and safety trainings.
* Must communicate clearly and fluently in English (both verbal and written), other languages a plus.
* Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
