We have a great opportunity for a Technical Services Supervisor
This role is based in Wembley - Wembley Centre for Health - Main Building.
Position Details:
* Permanent, full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8am-4.30pm.
* Starting salary from £47,000 (depending on experience) plus on-call allowance.
* Mobile role covering Outer North West London.
Requirements:
Qualifications (at least one):
* Specialist knowledge through experience or qualification.
* Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in related building services.
* Formal apprenticeship or craft training within building services.
* IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent.
Additional Requirements:
* Driving licence is essential.
* Comfortable using technological devices to log jobs.
* On-Call availability.
* Desirable: industry experience.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with other technical disciplines.
Note: DBS Checks & DVLA checks are required for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with NHSPS Health, Safety & Wellbeing Policies, technical guidance, statutory regulations, and other relevant standards.
* Implement new standards and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
* Conduct quality audits, lead health & safety compliance, and undertake toolbox talks.
* Manage colleagues and tasks across disciplines as needed.
* Meet with customers and contractors to ensure standards are met and handle customer complaints appropriately.
* Supervise the building services team, manage maintenance services, and ensure operational standards are maintained.
* Update the Master Asset Data Base (CAFM) and maintain accurate site log books.
