We are seeking a dedicated Special Needs Teacher to join our supportive and welcoming SEN school in Southwark, specialising in supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). About the Role You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework, tailored to meet the individual needs of pupils with ASD. Working within small class sizes of 6 - 8 children and 4 TA's. You will create a structured, safe and stimulating environment that supports communication, social development, and emotional regulation. You will work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, SENCOs, and parents to ensure each child receives a personalised learning experience that promotes progress and independence.
