Sponsorship Sales Manager / Leading Events Organisation / £55,000 / London\n\nOur client is looking for a results-driven Sponsorship Sales Manager to join their record-breaking team and lead in securing sponsorship revenue across their international conference portfolio. \n\n This exciting role will see you selling across multiple conferences throughout the year, growing revenue from existing clients, and sourcing new business opportunities. This role is the perfect opportunity for someone with a real hunter mentality and looking to lay the foundations of a successful, long-term career.\n\n Key Responsibilities:\n\nDevelop and maintain a strong understanding of our products, the industry, and competitors.\nBuild and sustain regular client relationships, providing innovative and profitable solutions tailored to their business needs.\nCollaborate with the Marketing, Production, and Operations teams to ensure successful event delivery and client satisfaction.\nParticipate in weekly training sessions aimed at enhancing your skills in sponsorship sales.\nManage and update sales forecasts, weekly reports, and a robust sales pipeline.\nIdentify and approach potential customers through multiple streams.The Ideal Candidate:\n\nProven experience in selling either sponsorship, services, advertising, tech or media in a B2B environment.\nHighly ambitious, with a drive for success and a clear desire to progress your career.\nSolid sales process experience, with or without formal sales training.\nStrong commercial acumen and business awareness.\nAbility to engage with clients at all.\nPassionate about personal development and honing your skills as a sales professional.Package:\n\nUp to £55,000 basic salary plus uncapped, leading commission structure\nHybrid working pattern\nOpportunity to join the organisations most well regarded and profitable portfolio\n1st year OTE £(phone number removed), 2nd year OTE £(phone number removed), 3rd year OTE £200,000 + \n\n Sponsorship Sales Manager / Leading Events Organisation / £55,000 / London
