Job Description
We're looking for a curious, creative, and commercially minded Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Manager to join our Customer Journey Optimisation team in Cardiff.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead experimentation across our Direct Protection journeys, helping us deliver better customer outcomes and drive measurable business impact. If you're passionate about data, user experience, and continuous improvement, we'd love to hear from you!
What you'll be doing:
1. Defining and delivering the CRO strategy for Direct Protection journeys
2. Managing the full experimentation lifecycle from hypothesis to insight
3. Leading A/B testing using Adobe Target and analysing performance
4. Collaborating with developers, analysts, marketers, and product teams
5. Building and maintaining a prioritised experimentation backlog
6. Championing a data-driven, customer-centric culture of experimentation
7. Leveraging data and research to identify friction points and opportunities
8. Exploring innovative approaches including AI and machine learning
Qualifications
Who we're looking for:
1. Proven experience in CRO with a track record of delivering measurable results
2. Strong knowledge of A/B testing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Target, Oracle Maxymiser, Optimizely)
3. An understanding of UX principles, user behaviour, and conversion best practices
4. Familiarity with front-end technologies and content management systems
5. Experience with customer research tools and usability testing (e.g., Qualtrics, UserZoom, Usabilla, Qualaroo)
6. A proactive mindset with a passion for digital innovation
