Day to Day of the Role:
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of subjects and age groups.
* Maintain a positive learning environment, ensuring the safety and well-being of all students.
* Adapt lesson plans to meet the needs of each class and promote inclusive education.
* Manage classroom behaviour, fostering a respectful and conducive learning atmosphere.
* Encourage student participation and facilitate academic growth.
* Collaborate with school staff and maintain clear communication with school leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
* Experience in a school environment is desirable but not essential.
* Ability to teach various subjects and age groups with flexibility and adaptability.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with students and staff.
* A genuine passion for education and a commitment to student development.
* Possession of a DBS on the update service is required.
* Having a driver’s license is desirable due to the location of some schools.
