Sales Administrator - South Birmingham
The Best Connection is delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Sales Administrator to join a growing and well-established distributor based in South Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to secure an ongoing position following a successful interview.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately completing and maintaining data using Excel spreadsheets
* Handling customer enquiries regarding orders, pricing, and product availability
* Liaising with suppliers based in China
* Managing sales-related correspondence, including emails, telephone calls, and follow-ups
What We're Looking For
* Strong knowledge and experience using Excel
* Previous experience with SAGE software
* Fluent Mandarin (essential)
* B2B sales experience is advantageous but not essential
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Pay & Hours
* £12.21 per hour
* Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30
