Routes Healthcare is recruiting Complex Care Assistants to support a client returning home to Morecambe. This is a brand new package and we need skilled, clinically capable care professionals to be part of it from day one.
New to Morecambe — not new to care. You might not know our name in this area yet, but Routes Healthcare has been delivering high-quality homecare and complex care across the North of England since 2009. We're an established, CQC-registered provider bringing that same experience and clinical standard to Morecambe.
Your role will include:
* Complex clinical care interventions
* Medication administration and health support
* Mobility, positioning, and personal care
* Accurate record keeping and working alongside healthcare professionals
What we offer:
* £16.53 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay
* Guaranteed hours available, confirmed on successful completion of a 3-month probation period
