About the Role
You’ll be joining a supportive and forward-thinking Maths department, teaching engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. This is more than a teaching role — it’s an opportunity to inspire curiosity, boost confidence, and help students see the real-world value of Maths.

* Using effective assessment and feedback to drive progress and raise attainment
* Contributing to a collaborative department that values innovation and professional growth

* Delivers lessons that are both inspiring and well-structured to maintain focus and motivation
* Demonstrates confident classroom management and a calm, consistent approach to behaviour
* Has experience teaching across a range of abilities and differentiates effectively
* Is reflective, open to new ideas, and committed to their professional development

What We Offer

* A strong behaviour policy that supports effective teaching and learning
* Regular CPD and opportunities for career progression
* A collaborative, supportive Maths department
* The chance to make a lasting difference in students’ lives — and to be part of a school that values your growth as much as theirs
