HR Systems Coordinator Role - London
I am delighted to recruit for an HR Systems Coordinator role at an outstanding business in London. This role is responsible for overseeing internal HR systems and processes, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency across the employee lifecycle. The coordinator will collaborate with various departments to support system improvements, reporting, and training.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and update HR platforms including core HR, rota scheduling, learning systems, payroll, and internal communications tools.
2. Process new starters, leavers, and contractual changes, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
3. Administer employee benefits and maintain related documentation.
4. Prepare payroll data and respond to queries from staff and managers.
5. Monitor rota submissions and approvals, flagging discrepancies as needed.
6. Support annual pay reviews and assist with salary and benefits benchmarking.
7. Track compliance in areas such as right to work checks, DBS renewals, and working time regulations.
8. Manage mandatory training records and update learning content.
9. Develop and maintain SOPs for system use and HR processes.
10. Provide guidance and training to managers and employees on system functionality.
11. Produce reports on workforce data, trends, and compliance.
12. Build and maintain dashboards for data visibility and decision-making.
13. Assist with system upgrades, transitions, and integrations.
14. Liaise with IT and other teams to troubleshoot issues and improve system performance.
15. Uphold confidentiality across all HR activities.
16. Contribute ideas to improve processes and employee experience.
17. Support wider HR projects and initiatives as needed.
