Were looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Email Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. Reporting directly to the Head of CRM, you will play a key role in delivering best-in-class customer communications that drive engagement, retention and revenue.
You will be responsible for the hands-on execution of email campaigns including building, testing, deploying, and reporting primarily within Klaviyo. Build and deploy marketing, lifecycle, and transactional email campaigns in Klaviyo
Create engaging, on-brand templates and copy in collaboration with the wider marketing and creative teams
Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, creative, and CTAs to continually optimise performance
Segmentation & Data
Manage audience segmentation and data hygiene within Klaviyo
Assist in developing customer journeys and automated flows to support lifecycle marketing and retention strategies
Ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations
Track and analyse campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through, conversions, revenue attribution, etc.)
Provide regular reports to the Head of CRM and contribute insights to the wider marketing team for continuous improvement
Work closely with the Head of CRM, eCommerce and Creative teams to align campaigns with broader marketing objectives
Support the Head of CRM on loyalty initiatives and customer engagement projects
12 years experience in email marketing, ideally within Klaviyo
~ Analytical mindset with confidence handling campaign data and producing actionable insights
~ A passion for beauty, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands is highly desirable
