We are looking for two dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Managers to cover Central and Southern England. If you thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and have a passion for building strong customer relationships, we want to hear from you.
The Role
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
Managing and growing relationships within our distribution network, including electrical distributors, plumbing & heating suppliers, and builders' merchants.
Developing new business by engaging with contractors, installers, and specifiers to expand our market reach.
Identifying opportunities to increase sales and drive brand awareness across your region.
Working independently while collaborating with internal teams to achieve company goals.
What We're Looking For
Proven sales experience within the industry, preferably in fire safety, electrical, or construction-related markets.
A self-motivated, results-focused professional with a passion for sales and business development.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage with key stakeholders.
The ability to work independently while contributing to a team-driven success culture.
A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within your designated region.
