£15.81 per hour Shift Rate
£14.89 per hour FLT Day Rate
Overtime Rates:
OT1 (Time & Half): £19.44 per hour
OT2 (Double Time): £25.93 per hour
(Pay rates may vary depending on shift and duties)
Working Hours
Standard shift patterns include:
6:00am 2:00pm
2:00pm 10:00pm
Candidates must be flexible and able to work various shift patterns, including night shifts where required.

Role Overview
We are recruiting for a Filter Line Operator to join a busy manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment while ensuring products are manufactured safely and to the required quality standards.
Health and Safety will be a top priority in this role, and the successful candidate will be expected to actively adhere to and always promote safe working practices.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate filter line production machinery in accordance with operating procedures.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and all training processes.
Work from written and verbal instructions to complete production tasks.
Monitor and maintain product quality standards throughout the production process.
Perform basic data entry and use computer systems where required.
Ensure all work is carried out in line with Health & Safety regulations and company policies.
Maintain clean and organised work areas.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets.
Skills & Experience Required
Good mechanical aptitude and ability to work with machinery.
Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision .
Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude.
Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks .
Strong work ethic and ability to demonstrate good working habits .
