The role
As a Workforce Planning Administrator, you will streamline our resourcing operations and ensure the smooth execution of assessment centre activities. This role is key to maintaining operational efficiency and delivering a seamless candidate experience.
Responsibilities
 * Coordinate resourcing operations and support seamless delivery of assessment centres
 * Manage requisitions and interview scheduling for Vehicle Mechanic vacancies
 * Act as the main point of contact for candidate communications and recruitment activity
 * Ensure smooth workforce planning through accurate administration and process management
 * Provide general administrative support across the team
Essential experience
 * Experience in coordination or administrative roles, preferably in HR or workforce planning
 * Skilled in candidate management and engagement
 * Proficient in Microsoft Office and data tracking systems
 * Highly organised with strong attention to detail
 * Effective multitasker with strong prioritisation skills

Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) / Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
