We are now looking to appoint an experienced Workshop Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day running of our fabrication facility in Salford. This is a key operational role, offering the opportunity to lead people, drive performance, and ensure the safe, efficient and high-quality delivery of work in line with customer and business requirements. The Role Reporting to the Facility Manager, the Workshop Manager will oversee all workshop and production activities, ensuring resources, people and processes are aligned to meet delivery commitments. You will play a central role in maintaining Langfields’ standards for quality, safety and operational excellence.
