Responsibilities
* Lead the Geography department to achieve excellence across teaching and learning
* Inspire students through innovative and engaging curriculum delivery
* Support and mentor staff within the department

Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Proven ability to deliver high-quality teaching and learning
