We’re looking for a Quality Dispense Technician based in the South East, to join our team. We are looking for a practical person who enjoys problem solving and wants to offer exceptional customer service. No previous experience is required as full training will be provided. The role is full time, permanent and involves varying shift patterns so flexibility is a must.
What will I be doing?
As a Quality Dispense Technician your priority is to ensure every pint is perfect. You will be responsible for all the installs, repairs and maintenance of our Thatchers Cider dispense equipment across licensed premises on your patch, which will cover the South‑East of the UK. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, and you will need practical skills, customer service experience, good problem‑solving ability and excellent time‑management skill as a remote worker. You will organise your own diary, be self‑motivated and go the extra mile to provide exceptional service to our customers. A fully expensed company van and all the tools and kit needed to be able to do your role successfully will be provided, along with a full training programme.
