THE ROLE:
- Handle a diverse caseload of Landlord and Tenant and Property Finance matters
- Advise on acquisitions and disposals, lease renewals, head office relocations, rent reviews, and refinancing
- Collaborate with the firms' corporate team on property aspects of business sales, acquisitions, and reorganisations
- Work both independently and as part of a dynamic team of Partners, Legal Directors, and fellow solicitors
- Play an active role in marketing, networking, and business development to grow your client base
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- You will have 2:4 years PQE in Commercial Property law with relevant experience
- Strong technical skills and a commercial approach to solving legal issues
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Proactive, self:sufficient, and enthusiastic about professional development
