Vehicle Technician
Location: Bishops Stortford
Salary: DOE | Up to £52,480 OTE (uncapped)
Hours: Mon–Fri 08:30–17:00 + 1 in 3 Saturdays
A respected workshop in Bishop’s Stortford is expanding and now seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Vehicle Technician who wants strong earning potential, modern facilities, and ongoing training including hybrid and EV development.
Vehicle Technician – Role Overview
As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for:
Pre‑delivery inspections on new and used vehicles
Servicing and maintenance to manufacturer standards
Completing vehicle health checks and identifying required work
Carrying out minor repairs, diagnostics and electrical checks
Warranty repairs and accurate job write‑ups
Road‑testing vehicles to confirm repair quality
Vehicle Technician – Requirements
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance
Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic
Full UK driving licence
High attention to detail and strong workshop standards
Diagnostic, MOT or EV experience is beneficial but not essentialMultiple opportunities available:
