We are seeking a Premises Manager to join Everest Community Academy, part of Bourne Education Trust. As Premises Manager, you will be responsible for the effective management of the school's property and assets, ensure clear and proactive communication regarding premises and site-related matters, provide strong leadership to premises staff and contractors, uphold the safety and security of the school site, oversee the maintenance of buildings, machinery, and plant equipment, and ensure all operations are delivered within budget.

* Contract: Full-time, permanent
* Hours: 37 hours per week, rotating shifts across 7:00am to 8:00pm, 52 weeks per year, with additional on-call responsibilities
* Start Date: ASAP
* Salary: £33,178 to £36,369

Key Responsibilities Include
* Maintain a programme of site testing and inspections to ensure statutory compliance
* Identify issues quickly by carrying out regular inspections of indoor and outdoor areas, providing written reports/action plans as required
* Line manage other premises colleagues, planning and allocating work as appropriate
* Manage the security of the school, including locking and unlocking
Essential
Requirements include:
* An awareness and commitment to the protection and safeguarding of children
* Relevant work experience
* Full driving licence
Desirable
* D1 category licence
* Experience of working within an educational setting
