Your Responsibilities
Design high-converting static ads from briefs
Create multiple variations for A/B testing
Follow brand guidelines
Turn messaging into visual hierarchy
Deliver fast turnarounds (24–48 hrs preferred)
Resize for multiple placements when needed
What We're Looking For
Experience designing paid ads (not just social posts)
Strong understanding of direct response structure
Knows how to design around:
Hooks
Pain points
Offers
Urgency
CTA buttons
Comfortable creating multiple variations quickly
Able to take feedback and iterate fast
Bonus:
Experience working with performance marketing agencies
Familiar with Meta ad creative best practices
Basic understanding of what drives CTR
