Position: Service Operations Coordinator Salary: £25.00 per hour Overtime: £37.50 Working Shifts: Monday – Friday Working Times: 08:00 am – 17:00 pm The Service Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring projects are properly staffed, stay within budget, and progress as planned. This role involves allocating resources based on their skillsets, providing scheduling details, and overseeing the creation and execution of project contracts. The coordinator also collaborates across the organization to streamline processes and improve efficiency, while managing travel and logistics as needed. Duties Work with stakeholders to develop and manage project contracts, providing updates as needed. Create Statements of Work and Level of Efforts based on customer requests. Monitor project budgets, track contract requirements, and forecast resource needs. Plan, schedule, and coordinate resources for various projects. Prepare monthly billing totals using project-specific data, including employee expensses. Generate, audit, and analyse reports. Conduct interviews and lead new employee orientations. Gather and relay feedback from customers and employees to management. Develop and maintain operational guides to ensure consistency and proper processes. Identify inefficiencies in processes and suggest improvements. Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure timely execution. Assist in developing and implementing operational procedures and policies. Monitor and report on project progress, addressing issues and risks as they arise. Oversee inventory management and ensure supply chain processes run smoothly. Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution. Facilitate team collaboration and communication to enhance productivity. Organise travel logistics, including booking flights, arranging visas when required, booking hotels, and securing vehicles.
