This is a fantastic opportunity for someone interested in teaching, educational psychology, or special educational needs (SEN).
As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll work closely with teachers and support staff to help students aged 11–16 thrive in their learning. Your role will involve supporting pupils in and out of the classroom, delivering one-to-one and small group interventions, and helping learners overcome barriers to progress—particularly in core subjects such as English, Maths, and Science.
This position is ideal for Psychology graduates interested in child development and behaviour, or for anyone considering a future in teaching or SEN support. You don’t need previous school experience—full training is provided.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support student learning across core subjects
