Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
Duties will include:
* Residential APC pathway
* To report to Counsellor /. Supervisor based on APC stage
* Complete competencies in accordance with RICS APC requirements
* Assist surveyors in preparation of reports
* Assist in preparation of survey / valuations
* Develop understanding of valuation methodology
* Develop building pathology
Skills required:
* Good written and oral communication skills
* Able to plan and prioritise
* Excellent IT skills
* Experience of Microsoft Office
* Able to communicate at all levels
* RICS exempt degree
